We recommend downloading / installing Acrobat Reader on your device. Many of our PDF files include fillable sections where you can directly enter information into the pdf file for your own reference during our calls. Not all pdf applications support this functionality and using a recent version of Acrobat Reader will ensure this works as expected.

This usually happens when the device blocks downloads or the link times out.

Try the following:

  • Check that your internet connection is stable.
  • Try opening the link in a different browser (For example: Chrome, Safari, Edge).
  • If you’re on a work device, security settings may block downloads — try a personal device instead.

Try:

  • Downloading the file first (don’t open it in the browser).
  • Opening it using Adobe Acrobat Reader or another PDF reader — some devices open PDFs in “preview mode,” which doesn’t allow typing.
  • Checking if the file is marked “Read Only” and saving a new copy.

This usually means the file wasn’t saved properly.

Try:

  • Selecting File – Save As and saving it to your desktop or documents folder.
  • Renaming the file before saving.
  • Making sure you’re not filling it out inside the browser window.

You can:

  • Download a free PDF reader app (Adobe Acrobat, Xodo, etc.).
  • Try opening the workbook on a tablet or computer instead.

Most devices save downloads to a default folder.

Check:

  • Downloads folder
  • Files or My Files app
  • Your browser’s download history

Yes. Layouts can shift depending on:

  • Device type (phone vs laptop)
  • PDF reader
  • Screen size

If digital forms are tricky, you can:

  • Print the workbook
  • Write your answers by hand

We’ll send you a printed copy – please let your telephone health coach know.
