Last month My health for life launched a new Pharmacy Referral Pilot.
Partnering with five community pharmacies in rural and remote Queensland, the pilot aims to increase awareness of primary prevention services and reduce the burden of chronic disease in local communities.
The pilot pharmacies have been provided promotional resources, training, and a simplified referral tool to support activities and discussions with their customers.
The pilot was successfully launched on the 7 August 2023 and will run for three months.
