recipe: macadamia bliss balls



  • 1½ cups macadamia nuts, raw
  • 1 ½ cups Fancy Medjool dates
  • ¾ cup shredded coconut


  1. Add dates and nuts to a blender and blend until the mixture is soft and sticks together.
  2. Add ½ cup coconut and blend again.
  3. Roll small balls in coconut and refrigerate to set.
