recipe: macadamia bliss balls
- 1½ cups macadamia nuts, raw
- 1 ½ cups Fancy Medjool dates
- ¾ cup shredded coconut
- Add dates and nuts to a blender and blend until the mixture is soft and sticks together.
- Add ½ cup coconut and blend again.
- Roll small balls in coconut and refrigerate to set.
